TimkaMe.com does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We never have, and we have no plans to do so.

TimkaMe.com is an AI-powered phone receptionist service. We process personal information solely to provide and improve our services. Here is how we handle your data:
2.1 We Do NOT Sell Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. The transfer of personal information to our service providers (such as Twilio, OpenAI, Deepgram, and Stripe) is solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, and does not constitute a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA.
2.2 We Do NOT Share Personal Information for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as defined under the CPRA.

- Analytics: Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregated website usage)
Each service provider is contractually obligated to use your information only for the specific purposes of providing their services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights through any of the following methods:
5.1 Through Your Dashboard
If you are a TimkaMe.com customer, you can manage much of your personal information directly through your account settings dashboard, including updating your information and managing communication preferences.
5.2 By Email
Send a request to privacy@timkame.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and include:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- The specific right you wish to exercise
- Any additional details to help us locate your information
5.3 By Mail
Send a written request to our business address listed on our Terms of Service page.
6. Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before fulfilling any CCPA/CPRA request. The verification process may include:
- Confirming your email address through a verification link
- Matching information you provide with information we already maintain
- For deletion requests, a two-step verification process to confirm your intent
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To do so, you must:
- Provide the agent with signed written permission to act on your behalf
- Verify your identity directly with us
- Confirm the agent's authorization by contacting us at privacy@timkame.com
8. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. Specifically, unless permitted by law, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates for services
- Provide you a different level or quality of services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for services or a different level or quality of services
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy:
- Call recordings and transcripts: Automatically deleted after 90 days
- Consent records: Retained for 5 years as required by TCPA regulations
- Account information: Retained for the duration of your account, plus a reasonable period after closure
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
